How to order online
Add your tool to the cart, check out securely through Shopify, choose shipping and payment, and complete the order. Card and Instant EFT payments are processed immediately; EFT and bank deposit orders are processed once the payment clears.
Six steps

Find your tool
Shop by job, search a model number, or ask us which tool fits your vehicles.

Add to cart
Press “Add to cart” on the product page. Your cart opens so you can check it.

Check your cart
Confirm the product and quantity, then press “Checkout”.

Enter your details
Checkout is hosted securely by Shopify. Enter your contact details and your full physical delivery address.

Choose shipping
Pick your preferred shipping method. Options and costs are shown before you pay.

Choose payment and complete
Select a payment method and complete the order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Paying for your order
EFT or bank deposit
Your order is processed once the payment has cleared. Use your order number as the reference and email proof of payment to info@launchdealer.co.za.
Prefer to buy in person?
Visit the showroom at Midrand Motor City, Midrand, test the tool and buy it there. Showroom details.
For your safety, only pay into bank details you received from us with your order or directly from our team. If anything looks different, call 087 822 2999 before you pay.
After you order
- Delivery: Fast overnight courier. Track it with the link in your shipping confirmation, or on our order tracking page.
- Setup help: our technicians are on the phone and WhatsApp to help you get the tool running.
- Returns: within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging. Returns policy.
